Queen Latifa makes a surprise "Cover Girl" appearance, but the biggest shock is seeing Monique without her nasty weave.

This week's episode was all about hair. The girls were either given cuts, extensions or color changes intended to improve their overall appearance. Well, it worked... on everyone except Jaeda. I'm all for short hair, but Jaeda's long locks suited her... the boy thing? Not so much. Monique, on the other hand, lost her head when they removed her crappy weave. She freaked all over the stylist and ran off to the bathroom, crying her eyes out. So America got to see her without her cheap weave. So what. The end result was a MUCH NEEDED improvement.

The show ended with a photo shoot, in which the girls were challenged to work with ridiculously big, whacky wigs. Some of the girls managed to pull it off, but not Jaeda and Megan. In the end Megan was eliminated.

(Question: Is it just me or does Tyra Banks look like she's gained about 100 pounds? What the hell kind of dress was she wearing??)
