The latest edition of T-Mobile's hot cell-phone/email/camera device is set to launch in just a few days. The Sidekick III (That's 'three' for those of you not hip with the Roman numerals scene) is slated to launch on June 28th.

Even more interesting I find is the story of one Evan Guttman and a stolen Sidekick. There's an NYT article here that tells the whole story. He created a site that hit page views in terms of millions with thousands of daily emails from people wanting to help him get his friend's Sidekick returned from the person who stole it.

T-Mobile recently held a gliterati studded release party to promote the newfangled device. The usual frighteningly weightless subjects were there. Paris was showing off her promo giveaway Sidekick that's been pimped out more than a Tokyo Drift racer.
