This year Bodog is sending 700 of its online poker players to the biggest poker tournament in the world. With total cash prizes exceeding $70 million and first place to walk away with $10 million, this year’s World Series of Poker will be the biggest ever.
Rob Chasen earned his $10,000 WSOP main event entry fee and $2,500 in spending cash through one of hundreds of Bodog’s online poker tournaments. We're also going to give him access to the WSOP VIP Lounge and a whole pile of Bodog gear.
Rob's a genuine New York trader who graduated from Emory University. He's also married with a kid, so that sounds like a pretty busy life to try and schedule some poker around. Rob has been playing online poker with Bodog for over a year now and has been lucky enough to a member of Team Bodog before.
Rob won a World Poker Tour qualifying satellite with us and we sent him to the WPT Borgata Open. Not only did he get to go and experience the WPT Bodog-style; he also managed to finish in the money and took home a cool $65,000. We're looking forward to having Rob join us at the felt once again.
Today and yesterday Bodog Poker has once again been offering chances to win 40 WSOP seats. We're going to keep doing this, every weekend, until you guys win 'em all. There are 30 online Qualifier Tournaments on Saturdays and 10 on Sundays, with a total of 400 seats given out for the Main Event and 300 for preliminary WSOP events.
