Tiger Woods, who has not played tournament golf since the Masters, Wednesday confirmed he will be back in action and ready to play in the upcoming US Open Championship on June 15-18 at Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, N.Y.

"I've been practising my butt off to get ready," the World No. 1 writes in his official website. "It's time to go back to work."
