BRAZIL are the 4/1 favourites to win the world cup in 2010, according to Ladbrokes.
The samba stars' South American rivals, Argentina-who many tipped to emerge from Germany with the trophy-are 6/1 to win the competition.
Ladbrokes spokesman, Nick Weinberg, said: "Despite their less than impressive performance this time around, Brazil will be the side to beat yet again. They've got the pedigree and we expect them to return better than ever. "
England are 12/1 to win their second world cup.
Weinberg added: "As always we're anticipating a massive patriotic punt."
And 2006 finalists Italy and France are 6/1 and 10/1 respectively.
