Table Names and Game Descriptions

You will be prompted to provide a table name (max 60 characters) and a game description (max 200 characters) for your Private Table. Please note that Ladbrokes reserves the right to remove any Private Tables whose name or description conflicts with the following criteria:

Passwords

When you create a Private Table you will be prompted to supply a password. This password enables you to determine who is invited to your game and to administrate changes to your game.

Invite Friends

Once you have created your Private Table, the next step is to invite your friends to join your game. The Manage Private Table functionality allows you to send an email invitation to the friends you want to play in your game. First you will be prompted to enter the text of the email that will be sent to your friends. Then you can choose who will receive the email invitation. The invitation list can be created by, either you inputting the emails of up to 10 friends or by importing your friends email addresses from your email client, i.e. Microsoft Outlook.

To make sure your friends can join your game you will need to click the “Show” option, so that your table appears in the Private Lobby

If your friends are not currently members of Ladbrokes Poker, why not take advantage of our Refer-A-Friend promotion? which can earn you $50 for each friend you successfully refer. You can access Ladbrokes Poker’s Refer-A-Friend promotions from the same Lobby menu that contains the Manage Private Table function.

Private Table Administration

You can select to have details of the Private Table you have created emailed to you. If you choose this option you will need to provide an email address (this does not have to be your registered email address).

The creation of Private Tables is limited to one per registered Real Money player, so if you wish to change your game you will have two options:

1 – Edit the configuration of your current game type, e.g. Change the stakes for a cash game
2 – Delete your current game, if you want change table type, e.g. Change from a cash game to a MTT, and then create a new MTT Private Table.

Any Private Tables that are inactive for 45 days will automatically be hidden from the Private Lobby. If a table is hidden for this reason, you can reactivate it by using the Manage Private Tables function in the Poker Lobby.

If you create a Cash Game, then please be aware that any public cash table restrictions between you and other players will remain in effect on private cash tables.
