The Conquest of Paradise Island is a No Limit Hold'em tournament presented by ParadisePoker.com that will play LIVE at the beautiful Atlantis Resort, in where else, but Paradise Island. Get set to put a face to your online poker rivals and enjoy the thrill of live action.

Starting January 16th, we're giving you THREE daily chances to win a Conquest of Paradise Island prize package, valued at over $8000. Each one of our daily Conquest qualifiers guarantees at least one Conquest of Paradise Island poker prize package! Whether rebuys & add-ons are your game, or if you're master of the short-hand, we've got a qualifier for you. Paradise players can qualify for The Conquest of Paradise Island No Limit Hold'em tournament by:
Winning a super satellite Conquest prize package online
Directly buying in to the main event by emailing conquest@paradisepoker.com.
All entrants must be 18 years of age or of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever the greater) to play in the online Conquest tournaments and the Conquest of Paradise main event.
All players will be required to show proof of age (passport or other valid picture identification. Players unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from participation in any of the Conquest events and Paradise player accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided (no refunds will be made). By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by this website.
Employees and immediate family members of employees of ParadisePoker.com, it's associated companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion. Entry to the Promotion is limited to those people who are resident in countries where their registration and use of the Cardroom is permitted by the law of their country.
Paradse does not accept liability for any of the Conquest super satellite tournaments not taking place, being postponed or delayed for circumstances beyond their control. Any disputes relating to the provision of the Prize must be taken up with ParadisePoker.com.
ParadisePoker.com shall not offer a cash alternative for Conquest prize packages and seat wins. Further, in the event that the winning Player does not accept or use such noncash prize, ParadisePoker.com shall have no liability whatsoever towards the relevant Player in such regard.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without giving you any prior notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
Prize package winners will have their $5200 buyin paid directly by Paradise. Paradise will credit winning player's accounts with $1300 to help cover airfare expenses. Hotel is included in the Conquest prize package includes a 6 night stay at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas (May 8 th arrival, May 14 th departure, 6 nights). Hotel dates are nonnegotiable and no refunds will be issued for a shorter stay.
All online Conquest tournaments will be played according to the Paradise Poker multitable tournament rules.
Paradise reserves the right to cancel or postpone Conquest online tournaments in the event that a server problem interrupts or delays satellite play, or internet routing problem prevents many players from accessing the site. Promotion will run until April 23 th , 2006 unless otherwise determined by management.
Prize packages are nonrefundable. Prize packages may be transferable if a prize package has already been acquired by the player. Inquires of this nature should be directed to conquest@paradisepoker.com
Players who win multiple prize packages will have the option to transfer their additional prize package to another Paradise player. Details of transfer must be received before April 23 rd , midnight EST.
During The Conquest of Paradise Island main event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. Foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Tournament Director may result in disqualification.
By entering any Conquest of Paradise Island online tournament and the Conquest of Paradise Island main event, players agree to the use of their name and likeness for use in promotional purposes for no additional compensation.
3% of the prize pool will be reserved for dealers and tournament staff.
Management's decision is final.
