The competition
Daily qualifiers and satellites will run from April 10 to May 27, 2006. Winners from the daily qualifiers will get a freeroll entry into the $145 Satellites. Eight players from each of the following four regions will be make the cut for the televised final:

United Kingdom, France, Holland and Germany
The Americas (incl. US, Canada, and South America)
Scandinavia (incl. Finland)
Rest of the world
Those who get through will earn a package worth $7,500:

$5,000 to cover the buy-in
$1,000 to cover accommodation
$1,500 toward travel expenses (deposited in your PartyPoker.com account)

The Last Eight
The top eight finishers from Late Night Poker Ace 2 will graduate to the PartyPoker.com Late Night Poker Masters tournament, also to be aired on Channel 4. Qualifiers will take on 24 top professionals for a $250,000 prize pool.

The Filming
Both the PartyPoker.com Late Night Poker Ace 2 and the PartyPoker.com Late Night Poker Masters will be filmed in Cardiff, Wales from June 5-10, 2006. The programmes will be produced by trailblazing production outfit, Presentable, the company that brought poker to TV sets around the world with the original Late Night Poker series.

* Entrants must be amateur players who are not recognized by poker governing bodies or organizations as being a professional player; they must not play on the poker tournament circuit or earn a living from playing poker. PartyPoker.com will have the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify anyone whom it does not consider to be an amateur player.

When: Sunday to Friday at 00:35 a.m. and 4:03 p.m. and 10:43p.m.(ET)
One seat in a satellite for every 29 players
If the prize pool is not a multiple of 145, the remaining money will be awarded as per our standard payout structure
Max players: 4,000

$11 ($10+$1) MULTI-TABLE QUALIFIER FOR SATELLITE
When: Sunday to Friday at 12:25 p.m. and 8:03 p.m. (ET)
One seat in a satellite for every fifteen players
If the prize pool is not a multiple of 145, the remaining money will be awarded as per our standard pay-out structure
Max players: 4,000

$11 ($10+$1) MULTI-TABLE SIT&GO QUALIFIER FOR SATELLITE
When: Daily 24/7
One seat in the satellite for 1st and 2nd places
3rd place gets $10
