Terms and Conditions
By taking part in the PartyCasino.com 'Vegas Magic Chips' promotion (the 'Promotion') you could win a Las Vegas Package and/or the Cash Prize.
You agree that by taking part in the Promotion you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
be eighteen (18)+ ( or twenty-one (21)) years of age where required) or older ;
download the PartyCasino.com software to your computer; and
successfully complete registration online at www.partycasino.com and deposit a minimum of fifty United States Dollars (US $50) into your real money account ('Player Accounts').

The Promotion will commence at 00:01 ET on Thursday, May 25th 2006 and end at 23:59 ET on Monday, June 5th 2006 (the 'Promotional Period').
For every five thousand United States Dollars (US $5,000) wagered on the Promotional Real Money Games you will be allocated a 'Magic Chip.' 'Promotional Real Money Games' shall mean the following real money games on PartyCasino.com: Blackjack, Table Poker, Baccarat, Slots and Video Poker, but for the avoidance of doubt shall not include any gaming taking place on PartyPoker.com poker tables.
At the end of the Promotional Period the top fifty (50) Qualifying Players with the greatest number of Magic Chips, as shown on the promotional leader board (the 'Leader Board') will win the following prizes:

11th – 25th Glamour Las Vegas Package
26th – 50th Classic Las Vegas Package
The Leader Board can be found by clicking here. In the case of a tie, whereby two (2) or more Qualifying Players accrue an equal number of Magic Chips, the higher ranking player will be that Qualifying Player who has wagered the highest amount during the Promotional Period.
The 'Las Vegas Package' shall singularly and collectively mean the Premier Las Vegas Package, the Glamour Las Vegas Package and the Classic Las Vegas Package. Details of the Las Vegas Package can be found by clicking here.
The Las Vegas Packages can only be taken between July 27th and July 30th 2006. In the event that a winner is not able to take up their Las Vegas Package no cash alterative or other prize will be offered.
The winners of the Premier Las Vegas Package will be given three thousand United States Dollars (US $3,000); the winners of the Glamour Las Vegas Package will be given two thousand United States Dollars (US $2,000) and the winners of the Classic Las Vegas Package will be given one thousand United States Dollars (US $1,000) spending money (the 'Spending Money'). The Spending Money which will be paid directly into winners Player Accounts on Wednesday 5th July 2006. For the avoidance of doubt if a winner is not able to take up their Las Vegas Package they will not receive the Spending Money.
At the end of the Promotion Period Qualifying Players will receive five hundred United States Dollars (US $500) for every fifty (50) or more Magic Chips accrued (the 'Cash Prize'). The Cash Prize will be paid directly into Player Accounts on Tuesday 6th June 2006.
Strictly no third party entries. No cash alternative is available for the Las Vegas Package and winners must not sell or transfer their Las Vegas Packages to any third party.
Winning players will be contacted by events@partypoker.com to the e-mail addressed provided by Qualifying Players when setting up their Player Accounts. In the event that a winner does not contact PartyCasino.com by 15th June 2006 we reserve the right to offer the applicable Las Vegas Package to the next runner-up.
Valid photo identification and proof of age will be required to claim any Las Vegas Package. Winners may also be required to provide other documentation as required by law in order to claim the Las Vegas Package. Any winner whose documentation does not adhere to conform to these requirements will not be able to take up their Las Vegas Package.
Winners must accept the Las Vegas Package as-is. When claiming their Las Vegas Package winners should (i) request information on any further terms and conditions that may be attached to the Las Vegas Package; and (ii) inform PartyCasino.com of any special requirements that they may have. PartyCasino.com reserves the right to replace each Las Vegas Package with one of similar or greater value.
Winners are responsible for payment of any applicable tax on any Las Vegas Package won. Winners will be responsible for arranging and paying, amongst other things, their own transportation costs, travel insurance and other incidental expenses.
Neither the employees of PartyCasino.com or its group or other producers or suppliers of the Las Vegas Package associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
If a non-Qualifying Player is deemed a winner and realized after the fact, PartyCasino.com reserves the right to offer the applicable Las Vegas Package to the next runner-up.
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to sign if asked, a release form allow PartyCasino.com and its group to use the winner’s names, photograph and relevant personal information for all advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world without further compensation.
PartyCasino.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of this Promotion, violates these Terms and Conditions or our terms of use
We and our group companies may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partycasino.com.
PartyCasino.com reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.
Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by PartyCasino.com’s management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond the control of PartyCasino.com, PartyCasino.com shall incur no liability and no Prize will be awarded.
