Terms and Conditions WPT World Poker Challenge, Reno Hilton, Nevada - USA Terms and Conditions By buying-in to a satellite tournament or to the online final, the player agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy in for cash + fee. Any individual player can only win one seat at the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, in Nevada - USA. Prima Poker's package will include: return airfare to Nevada - USA; hotel accommodation in Nevada - USA; the entrance fee into the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA on 27-30 March 2006 and $500 or the equivalent of, in Euros, which will be given to the each package winner upon arrival in Nevada - USA as spending money (the Package). No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a Package to each of the winners. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by Prima Poker whose decision shall be final. Sit & Go feeders when used in the tournament structure, will be multi-level where winnings at any level are taken in the form of tokens which are non-cashable. Unused player tokens at the end of the tournament are non-cashable. Prima Poker reserves the right to buy-back entire Packages from players who have won a final Package for the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA Tournament. The price payable by Prima Poker to buy-back a Package will be $7,600. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Prima Poker will book all travel and accommodation. By entering the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA Online Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes. By entering the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear Prima Poker Operator apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Prima Poker management. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Prima Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final. Subject to the provisions of rule 6 above, the winner of a seat at the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA Online Satellites and/or Final tournament can not sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and Prima Poker will not award cash in lieu of a seat at the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA Online Tournament or land based Final. As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated. All satellite games shall be Single or Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following standard Prima Poker rules. The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA Online Final and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Prima Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final. Prima Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA Online Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final. Prima Poker management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA Online Final and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final. Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments. Prima Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the WPT WORLD POKER CHALLENGE, Nevada - USA. LEGALITY, INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND TAXATION OF WINNINGS: Prima Poker jealously guards its participants' privacy. However, there may be circumstances in which disclosure of information to regulatory or fiscal authorities is necessary or desirable, and Prima Poker reserves the right to release information in such circumstances. Please note that Prima Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Prima Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on Prima Poker is lawful in your own jurisdiction. Any players who do not redeem their Rounders tokens whilst this tournament campaign is running are are eligible to an entry in an invite only freeroll with a prize value equivalent to the sum of all unused tokens, (i.e. no matter what level / value they have). A special World Poker Challenge freeroll will be held on Saturday 18th February 2006 (time to be confirmed). Regardless of the number of tokens held, players will only get one entry into this once-off tournament. All players in this event will start with the same number of chips.
